BANTEAY MEANCHEY -- Neang Chan, who is disabled and unable to walk, could only sit and gaze at her house with deep sorrow and pain after it was blocked off by the Thai military.
Her house, located in Prey Chan village, O’Bei Choan commune, Ou Chrov district, Banteay Meanchey province, is one of three Khmer civilian homes in the village that have been blocked by barbed wire by Thai soldiers since August 14.
