No official emails, Cebuano artists are receiving 1-on-1 calls. This is difficult for us to document with full accuracy, unlike emails.

I inquired about the rates at IEC, here they are, based off this and the 8 hours they are open to the public, the min cost for renting these spaces is PHP252k. 1/5
