Currently a junior cs at a mid 7- fig natural supplements brand, and my first task is hiring myself a mentor/senior cs.

Will be working with full creative freedom on a product extension the brand just launched in a hyper competitive niche, with goals of going from 12k spend a day to 30 by end of Sept.

Pay is super straightforward: (5k base, 5% as, 3k per 50k spend per month, all uncapped + equity %) 

Plus 500 for every 10k of my own adspend as I will be learning from you 🤝

Don’t need someone to babysit me 😂, just need someone to work alongside on a day to day basis to learn from.
