@MrLeeDaviid @adamboxer1 @LucyMPowell I do as well. Politics is a nasty, bearpit, slanging match. She can be brilliant as a headteacher whilst being a disruptive, agitator politically. I think here, she is talking politically, and if you can separate the two, you have nuance. If you don’t, you think she’s ridiculous.

@teacherhead It’s important that everyone has appropriate challenge to maximise their potential. This is the crux of the argument that’s been missing for me. In terms of passing exams; it matters…but for some, it won’t be life defining if they don’t. People’s journeys aren’t linear

@RogersHistory I do feel like the system is all confused and has an identity crisis. But that probably also reflects a much wider issue than just education. Losing committed professionals is not conducive to an effective education system
