@Chris56735582 @AlexBehunin with Islam I think he will be more likely to move up because he's not trying to protect this mystical undefeated record and even if he stays around for another 3 or 4 years Usman will still only be 28 or 29 at that time which is prime for most fighters

@Chris56735582 @AlexBehunin depends on the landscape, Volk thing was in place already given Volk was the back up fighter for the Oliveira bought and Kamaru and Edwards were already slated to fight. Khabib's crew is tight with Kamaru so I don't think there was a great desire there, with Leon it's different

@mmamania at the top level yes but a young guy outside the top 15 I think Bellator is a smarter play. Way more movement in Bellator due to tournaments so you can climb quickly and earn more money and if you sign for UFC as a bellator champ you're jumping that queue

If Usman or AJ signed with the UFC tomorrow they'd be instant contenders and probably 1, Max 2 fights away from a title shot. Guy like Paddy is like 5 or 6 wins off
