It’s over! The last lecture of the tour was offered today to a joint audience from @uOttawa and @grs_carleton. Managed to catch up with old friends here in Ottawa and to meet some new ones, too. Home tomorrow, at last!
I’m heading out of town today on a lecture tour of eastern Ontario and Quebec, sponsored by the @cac_scec. 5 days, 8 institutions, 1600+ km, discussing topics in (you guessed it!) papyrology.
Today’s destination is Montreal, speaking to a joint audience of students and colleagues from @Concordia and @mcgillu. It was wet this morning in Montreal, and I wish I had better conditions for exploring.
Stolen Fragments is out now!
