We secured a 2nd charge for a customer w/ bad credit by:

- Finding #lender to accept a SE, married sole #applicant & use business share dividend as proof of income
- #Consolidating #secured & #unsecured #debt
- #Streamlining & halving monthly #outgoings

One customer was delighted with his 2nd charge. It allowed him to #consolidate his #debts of £22k+ and pay off his existing secured #loan of nearly £40k. It also meant he only had to make one payment of £600 a month – half of what he was paying before!
