Took an hour of my time to take all the photos of every room of the house for @Opendoor to be able to make an offer.
Product tells me offer will be sent in 3-5 days. Business days.
as we approached the end of that timeline, I reached out to support asking for any update. Support tells me it’s actually more like 5-7 business days.
Then after that deadline passes without any update I log back in to my dashboard only to see “Something went wrong”
I loved the idea of OpenDoor and was super intrigued to sell via opendoor, but experiences like this make me a tad skeptical.

And this isn’t only a Facebook problem. I’ve seen it happen on for google accounts too
On Gmail it even shows the blue verified email checkmark
I love being of the first to try and use new Saas when the pop up, but this is more like a beta test than a fully functioning platform right now.
Wish it was marketed as ‘join beta test’ as opposed to ‘the next greatest Saas has arrived’
Managing expectations is key.
I see a whole of people posting about @unosendco - figured I’d give it a real try. Here’s my honest review:
it’s marketed to be the new kid on the block with infra that just works at a price point that is unbeatable
unfortunately, it’s doesn’t live up to that.
@RomanEcom I’ve actually built this WhatsApp functionality for some internal tools we have - and surprisingly don’t even need the WhatsApp API for it :)
