Govt’s will start various kinds of programs to prevent chaos and social unrest. But if govt’s fail to respond appropriately, what happens??

The fear is that as org’s officially start implementing AI in their processes, there will be massive unemployment unlike anything we’ve seen.

Stocks and the overall market will continue to move higher cause of efficiencies in the orgs. Already, there are signs of k-shaped economy.

Real estate will tighten more due to the increased need to stay liquid. We could see more of real estate tokenization.

Together, these shifts suggest early signs of momentum in housing, but the impact will only become clear once sales data catches up.

This is the first time since 2 years that Mortgage Applications and Mortgage Refinance are significantly rising after Fed cut it's interest rate. This shows early signs of momentum in housing market.

However, housing sales remain flat, as sales typically take at least a quarter to respond to shifts in rates.

The US population is 342 million.
H-1bs are 730,000.

That’s a mere 0.21% of the US population!
