Justice Lady Karanja, Justice Francis Tuiyott and Weldon Korir have delivered a fantastic judgment on the Ruaraka land fraud that led to the loss of a staggering Kshs 1.5 billion of taxpayer's money. @OleItumbi will love this judgment. I will be suprised if the Hon. Attorney in the next seven days does not file for civil recovery of the money and @ODPP_KE doesn't file criminal prosecution. I can't see how someone can run for an elective office after reading this judgment..

No one cares of Literary Skills of Justice Kiage if they are used to BLEED THE CONSTITUTION, the Safaricom shares Ruling is an Executive Decision. The Judge President & the entire court must self reflect on the cossy relationship with the Executive, the Attorney General & the state organs. We cannot have a court discriminating litigants based on whether you have ever seen Sheria House or not. Rule 5(2)(b) applications being fastracked & heard in two weeks in some demonic speed to always satisfy the AG on giving them whatever they want. Ordinary litigants will wait for their Rule 5(2)(b) applications, some even 8 months. The Court of Appeal should tell us if they are back to be the Nyayo Court. We cannot have a court where a few benches are very arrogant to litigants, but Extremely excited when the state is before it. All their applications are Certified Urgent, heard in Full at submissions & not the common 5 minutes they grant to ordinary litigants even in weighty matters. If we do not Act, very soon we will end up with an ogre in the Name of the Court of Appeal. Litigants even fear the Court than the Supreme Court!
Ye Deathbed of Progressive Jurisprudence emanating from our Constitution, reflect and change otherwise we will say these things. We defend the Judiciary any day, because of the 3 Arms, it is the only one with some signs of life, we shall criticise it when it veers, for the same reasons.

I have some advice for young men newly employed,

When you get employed:

• Be grateful to God, your parents, your mentors and your boss for this opportunity

• Work hard

• Respect your employer

• Adhere to your employer's rules and protocols

• Embrace the mission and vision of the employer

However, if working for your employer becomes unbearable due to other reasons,

• Quit respectfully

• Follow the procedures of quitting as written in your contract or employment letter

• Return your employer's resources in your custody

• Handover politely and thank your employer for giving you an opportunity

• Leave with a clean conscience

Don't be chaotic, abusive and contemptuous on your way out.

Don't think you are smarter than your employer.

The employer you are disrespecting gave you a livelihood when you were seeking a footing and direction.

The employer may not have paid you to your satisfaction, but be polite.

Don't go bad mouthing your employer, speaking nastily, and broadcasting your foul mouth while disclosing what is considered private policies, programs, products or services of your former workplace.

Leave courteously.

This way, you open room for better opportunities, newer networks and better leverage.

Don't be a rude employee. Other employers will fear giving you opportunities in the future because they don't trust you.

Be courteous when you close the door behind you, the universe will be kind to you on your way out.
