@cineworld That doesn’t really answer my question and it’s very frustrating for paying unlimited customers when they can’t see a film they want. Why was the decision made not to show it here and shouldn’t customer demand influence that decision?

@cineworld why are you not showing Camp Miasma in Gloucester or Cheltenham? There are people there who want to see it and why am I paying for an unlimited card if I can’t even see all the films with it?

@cineworld Just following up on this as I haven’t had a response. I still don’t understand why it’s not shown here, why you showed a trailer for a movie you’re not showing and how it’s fair to unlimited customers basically paying for something they can’t see?

@cineworld Why isn’t it shown at all locations? It’s a fairly mainstream release, these locations have enough screens to show it, I’ve even seen trailers for it here so why advertise a film that’s not available? It seems unfair to be paying for unlimited if an anticipated film isn’t even on

@cineworld Camp Miasma is currently showing in Cheltenham and Gloucester for no nights only, can you fix this please? This is the movie I’ve most been looking forward to in August and you even showed trailers for it here! You’re a cinema, show movies that are out and have been advertised!

@cineworld You know what would be sweet? If you showed Camp Miasma in Cheltenham and Gloucester! In fact showing all films everywhere would be a good strategy for a cinema. Only real option I have is to drive to Bristol to see it in a Vue cinema which defeats the object of my unlimited card

@virginmedia I understand the increase is in the terms, but I only had the advertised monthly price for around 3 months before it increased. I joined very recently and hoped you could review the account for a goodwill adjustment or better package price rather than just restating the policy.
