That's why Syrups are administered to children, easy dosage control.
Given the symptoms, why so many drugs? Nasal solution and antibiotics syrup is enough

@HindiFirstLang दूध कभी खुद ब खुद नहीं फट जाता। उबालने के बाद ही पता चलता है कि वो फट जाएगा या फट गया है। अगर न उबालो तो वो जाम जाएगा। इसीलिए बिना उबाले, फटना और जमना एक ही बात है मित्र। ये scientific टेंपरामेंट की बात है

दही डालो या नहीं, जमते हुए दूध को बीच में ही उबाल दोगे तो वो फट जाएगा।
