HOLY COW… an atmospheric river has dropped nearly a month’s worth if rain on the #Portland area, and Multnomah Falls is raging because of it. The pedestrian tunnel to the I-84 parking area was briefly flooded, but water has since receded. Pretty impressive water flow out in the Columbia River Gorge… #LiveOnK2
