⚠️ Worst experience with Culture Circle!

I placed an order through the Culture Circle app, but the delivery was delayed by 3 days. After receiving the product, I found that the size delivered was wrong. I immediately contacted Culture Circle support, but instead of resolving the issue, they are just sending emails and not processing the exchange.

The product cost was around ₹10,000, and this kind of customer service is extremely disappointing. Customers trust platforms with their money, but such experiences make that trust difficult.

Please be careful before purchasing from Culture Circle. I hope they take responsibility and resolve this issue soon. @culturecircIe
