@TMobile I have been a loyal customer for close to 10 years. Customer service & support has been less important to provide. After multiple calls & escalation requests to respond, perhaps this post will be more effective. Loyal T-Mobile customers be aware of what's coming to you.
@TMobileHelp You can find out more by reading the notes from my case. Hopefully representatives have noted my 5 hours of communication. What do you need from me?. I Don't have a case number. Give me a number that I call directly. I want to talk with a decision maker. No more time wasted.
@TMobileHelp I have spent 5 hours trying to resolve my issue and I spoke with representatives, Supervisors who said they will be calling me back. I even tried to connect with my account executive and a manager. I am the CEO of a small company who has been ignored multiple times.
