@virginmedia your service is atrocious. I have had intermittent broadband since Sunday night. Despite being told 'Mohammed' has entered the chat online noone has. Your telephone system cuts people off despite saying you can speak with someone. Not good enough!!

@virginmedia This is the problem, when you have gone beyond the checker-used it several times-beyond rebooting there is NO ONE you can speak to. Person chat was less than useless. Response took 40 minutes despite saying I was connected to someone. Sorted via an online forum. Not good enough.
