Seriously @British_Airways, after a 5 hr delay stuck on the plane on the tarmac we finally arrive at T5 and one hour later not a single bag has come off for anyone! And there’s no one to ask whether it is even coming tonight.

@skyhelpteam How do I get a new Sky Q Mini Box???? No option to report a fault online, done all the troubleshooting and the lights are on but the box is clearly shot. I've called support but there is a min. 45 MINUTE WAIT to speak to a customer services TV person! #skyuk #fail
