The "Completion Certificate" issued in 2019 is a total SHAM. We are in 2026, and the ground reality is a nightmare for allottees:

📍 THE "WATER PIPE" SMOKING GUNThe builder submitted an Architect's Certificate (Prabira Jena, CA/2003/32690) to RERA years ago claiming 100% completion of water supply and other facilities in 2020.
🚩 THE TRUTH: In 2026, nothing on the ground is 100% complete. ! How can a project be "complete" in 2020, If untill now in 2026, there is no water supply in any house, no fire safety in society, no water conservation, water tank, no roads and RERA ordered 2 technical reports showing all facilities otherwise facts? This isn't just a lie; it’s a criminal fraud under RERA Section 60.
📍 VILLAGE-LEVEL INFRASTRUCTUREWhile YEIDA records show 100% area completion, the road conditions are pathetic, resembling a neglected village rather than a planned sector. There is NO functional water supply to constructed plots. Residents are being forced to live in sub-human conditions while being extorted for "Non-Construction Penalties."
📍 JUDICIAL & AUTHORITY BLINDNESSHow can Judge R.P. Singh ignore these "dubious" certificates and RERA’s own technical inspection reports?

RERA reports say: 50% Water supply.
Builder says: 100% Complete.
Ground Realty " Zero houses getting water supply from builder. Since day 1, every owner getting water supply from their own submersible pump.

The Judge: Favors the Builder. Where is the justice for the common man? Is the law only meant to protect the developer lobby?

📍 THE ILLEGAL EXPLOITATIONThe builder is NOT the authority. In the Master Agreement between YEIDA and the Builder, there is NO timeline and NO provision for non-construction penalties. Yet, Gaursons has extorted CRORES from buyers on the basis of completion certificate issued by YEIDA. This is a parallel government running an extortion racket!

1️⃣ THE BUILDER IS NOT THE AUTHORITY A private developer has NO LEGAL RIGHT to act as a regulator or collect "Non-Construction Penalties." By doing so, Gaursons is running a parallel government. 📍 THE TRUTH: The Master Lease Agreement No mention of a construction timeline or non-construction penalties. If the Authority hasn't mandated it, how can a builder extort it? This is a direct violation of the Lease Deed and YEIDA bylaws.
2️⃣ THE MULTI-CRORE EXTORTION RACKET Gaursons has already extorted CRORES from buyers through an illegal Non-Construction Penalty"
📍 THE FACT: YEIDA’s own clarification (Ref: YEA/LFD/SDZ/2025/11203) confirms the Master Lease has NO such timeline. The builder is treating our registered property as a ransom object.
3️⃣ THE ARCHITECT & DATA FRAUD (RERA EXPOSED) How can RERA Judge R.P. Singh passes an order favoring the builder when TWO separate RERA Technical Inspection Reports (2023 & 2024) prove the project is a sham?
