I just had the Gen Z experience at Starbucks. I walked up to order and the girl just stared at me. I waited and she basically mouthed “can I help you” and so I go “I’m sorry, what?” Then she kind of rolls her eyes at me and says in just above a whisper “I said can I help you!” Is this generation mute?
