@nadz323 @raissawriter Sana ganyan but not really. A visa is a conditional permission to enter, which is still subject to the discretion of immigration authorities at the port of entry. They can inspect and question you. He says he wasn't deported and I dunno if he was denied. Basta he flew home.

@nadz323 @raissawriter A country is free to admit who it wants. Immigration can deny you entry if they deem you have enough red flags, no need for a court verdict. They have the discretion. Even if you hold a visa.
