LOYALTY IS RARE 👍

At some point in my life, I got close to people I truly believed were friends. I was all in. I could do anything for them. I believed that if things were good with me, they were good with them too. I believed loyalty was mutual. I was wrong.

Time revealed the truth. The same people I rooted for were silently working against me. They kept me in the dark while positioning themselves for the light. They wanted to rise alone, forgetting that friendship and brotherhood were never meant to be a competition.

I have learned many lessons in my years on earth, but this one stands firm: I will never become what hurt me. I refuse to repay betrayal with bitterness. I choose kindness. I choose to empower people regardless of tribe, religion, class or whatever they hold sacred.

In the end, the harsh reality is this: many people are driven only by self-interest and have no concern for anyone else.

This is life. And for some reading this, this is your reality.
