communitas!
Yesterday, a couple of the @arc community members in Osun gathered to yap fragmentation and compliance.
Had a swell time tbh.

Initially, humans were not on top of the food chain, until something changed.
This is to tell you that the brute-force approach should be the last resort for any complex problem.
Why this matters:
Most AI systems today pretend uncertain outputs are normal booleans/strings/numbers.
That works until production systems start making confident mistakes.
Kova treats AI uncertainty as a first-class runtime concept instead of hiding it behind API wrappers.
Built something in Kova that I think is a very important idea for AI-native programming languages:
Prob<T>
AI outputs are fundamentally probabilistic, so treating them like guaranteed deterministic values is dangerous.
confidence matters and uncertainty is part of execution
Before using it in logic, you must explicitly resolve it with the resolve()
The semantic analyzer prevents probabilistic values from silently flowing into deterministic operations.
Some constraints I intentionally added:
> no cyclic imports yet
> no default imports yet
> no wildcard imports yet
> no implicit global leaking
> isolated scope boundaries between modules
strict undeclared variable detection
