The proceedings before the criminal division of the High Court in the Besigye-Lutaale trials are a no-winner, moronic process supervised by (in)Justice Baguma.

The State-appointed lawyers DO NOT represent Besigye and Lutaale in any form or shape ( their report herein is instructive). Any attention to them in that regard is unwarranted, unfair, and unnecessary.

All attention may have to be turned on the trial judge, who seems robotic, unaware, or intentionally disregards due process/fair hearing - never seen an unwise and willfully incompetent fellow like him in judicial robes.
