Had a good weekend. Pitched three scoreless innings against a very quality team out of Charleston. 4ks 0h 1bb. I was also able to get some at-bats since I was playing with our @Athletes_Lab Academy team. I hit two doubles. Our Academy training keeps me sharp at the plate.
Beyond grateful to announce my commitment to @EasternEaglesBB! Thank you Coach @Scott_Renauro and Coach @matthewesquijer for this opportunity! Thank you to my parents for everything and believing in me. Huge shout out to @Athletes_Lab, @CoachCamBeard, @coachrembert, Aaron Rembert, @CoachRhino26 for your guidance and my development. Thank you Coach Mac at The Fungo for your mentorship, years of dedication and helping hand. Looking forward to my future. Go Eagles 🦅! #committed
You have a kid playing sports? Listen to this. You've ever fallen on your face? Listen to this. Ever failed? Listen to this. Insane respect for Bryce in the way he framed this. It needs to be heard. https://t.co/XV812nLoqD

Another reason I am thankful for @Athletes_Lab. @coachrembert@CoachCamBeard and Coach Aaron all have great relationships and credibility with college coaches and go out of their way to help guys get recruited.
There are a ton of travel baseball organizations and coaches, but many don’t have real college connections.
Posting players isn’t recruiting. Making calls, having credibility with college coaches and a track record of getting players into schools matters.

HS pitchers…
Spend this fall on significantly lowering your 60 time while increasing your max vertical. Explosive movement in almost every instance results in velo gains.
Add a consistent shoulder-care routine and core strengthening program. Keep the arm moving with light catch a couple times a week, gradually working out to 75–90 feet as appropriate. Get in the weight room. Build the engine without constantly testing the arm.
Then, when the time is right, ramp back up.
Get faster. Get stronger. Get more explosive.
If you don’t see an increase in velo next spring, I’ll delete my account. 👊🏼
