@LukeFHan@Lew541207@coninutah The Church’s style guide specifically says that it is fine to call church members “Latter-day Saints.” Calling ourselves Latter-day Saints does not take Christ’s name out of His church, it is just a way for us to identify ourselves as members.
My wife and I just attended a funeral for one of her high school friends. He died unexpectedly two weeks ago. This was one of the most sacred events I have ever attended. The grief was real, but his family’s faith and resolve was incredible. So thankful for Christ’s resurrection.

@hcollier88@McCadeP8 That sucks, man. I’m sorry. I know it’s a serious issue and something I’ve tried to fix in my ward and we have made progress. But I just don’t know how to fix it other than doing what we have always been taught to do. Some people are just apathetic and wards suffer because of it.
Everybody talks about sleep and sleep training, but to me the most unreasonable thing about babies is how they always want you to stand when you’re holding them. Don’t even dare sit down. Any particular advantage to standing? Is it more comfortable? Does it help us accomplish anything? Nope. Do it anyway! Do not sit on that couch. I’m going to need you to stand.
