I lost $55,000 on @Stake in just 2 days and when I told my VIP host how bad I was feeling about it, they blocked my account and now I can't even claim around $5,000 in VIP bonuses.
I honestly never thought I would have to make a post like this but I think people should know how Stake treats their VIP players.
So basically I lost $55k in 48 hours and I messaged my VIP host Selene telling her that I didn't want to live anymore. I wasn't actually going to do anything to myself, I just felt absolutely terrible after losing that much money in such a short time and I didn't know how to express it.
Instead of trying to understand what I meant, she told me that my account was restricted and I couldn't use it anymore. Keep in mind that I never asked her to close my account.
Now here is the crazy part. I had a big active 90 day reload, my monthly bonus and my weekly bonus. All together I was expecting around $5,000 in bonuses and now I can't claim any of them.
I also asked for lossback after losing $55,000 in just 2 days and they refused that too.
After that I contacted them again torugh live chat and said that if they really don't want to reopen my account then at least let me receive the bonuses I was supposed to get. I wasn't even asking to gamble again. I just wanted to get my VIP rewards from all the money I had already played with.
And guess what? They refused again.
I understand they have responsible gambling policies and everything but how does that mean I should lose access to thousands of dollars in bonuses? I never asked to cancel my reload or give up my rewards.
Just imagine losing $55,000 in 2 days, feeling absolutely horrible about it, reaching out to your VIP host and then getting your account restricted with no way to claim your bonuses.
I've played for 3 years on Stake and honestly expected better treatment as a VIP player. The moment I was going through a really bad time this is what happened.
I'm not asking them to let me gamble again if they don't want to. I'm simply asking them to let me receive the bonuses I was expecting from my previous activity.
So basically I lost $55,000 playing on Stake and now I can't access another $5,000 in expected bonuses just because I told my VIP host how terrible I was feeling.
Do you guys actually think this is fair? Because I genuinely don't understand how this is supposed to help a player.
Thanks Stake for showing me how much you care about your VIP players.
