@Pratap_btp Yes because cost of land is insanely high in Kerala. The 75% contribution of the Centre to Kerala is much more (per km / acre) than the 100% given to other states. Kerala was not treated unfairly.
@TopDriverIndia@rapperliftsbars You're right if this was the 1970s. The fertility rate has dropped already. Malthusian predictions will not work because human ingenuity always figures out a way.
@iamsanjaysharma If you dont follow guidance notes (whether mandatory or recommendatory), youll open yourself up to litigation and misconduct charges. Its always better to follow guidance notes unless you have a very good reason not to (client wont pay fees is not a good reason).
