Not wishing to sound naive, the man was clearly unwell, hurt those he cared for, and seemed to be in a horrible place perhaps for most of his life. But our experience of Liam Payne was special and can only thank him for that. Rest in peace matey.
Whatever comes out about Liam in the next few days, me and my gf luckily met him on a show I was working on not weeks ago. With nobody else in sight; he was charming, funny, and had a lot of time for us. And that will always mean a great deal to the world’s biggest 1D fan and me.
