@harleyf @Shopify In light of so many new clients coming over, you’ve really got to get Shopify’s level of customer support back up to its levels of 2017–19. The support now, with the overseas staff and AI chatbot, are terrible. I’ve been a customer for 9 years, and support is the worst it’s been.
