I could track the item from scratch on my @Amazon app. On 16.11.2020 I received an SMS from @amazon saying that my item was supposed to arrive on that day. Called the delivery agent who couldn't confirm me the time. At 12 noon, the delivery got cancelled by @Amazon suddenly.

On 12.11.2020 there was no response from the @Amazon team about the refund. So I called them up to enquire. They said they can't refund, but replace and placed a replacement order to be delivered between 13.11.2020 to 17.11.2020.
