@Tesco please tell me why the Tesco on Hamlet Court Road is not letting any customers into its store for “30 mins” due to staff shortage? I have just been turned away… no mention of this on your website or in the shop front.

29 degrees outside and @c2c_Rail hasn’t turned on their air con on the 2:04 train out of Fenchurch street. Please tell me why? Carriage number 74090.

@c2c_Rail so I’m about to get off the train at Westcliff. I’ve just spent 50 mins in a carriage with no air con. Paid £14.40 for a ticket today. What a joke. There was no announcement by the driver either that certain carriages wouldn’t have air conditioning!

@c2c_Rail your staff at Southend central were extremely rude and unhelpful this morning. No compassion nor any attempt to resolve a customer issue with a smile or efficiency. They could learn a thing or two about helping others.

I love Starbucks! @StarbucksUK the Southend branch has seen me through my pregnancy and my son growing up. It’s like our second home. We had such a lovely experience today when the team so kindly warmed up our baby’s milk without any questions! Please give the team ♥️♥️!
