@omanair Booked a tkt with infant & requested bassinet service. Couldn't reserve seats online, customer care could only book one seat. Remaining seats in bassinet row are reserved for check-in, raising concerns about availability. Kindly request seats together for the family.

@omanair Hi Team, I recently made a booking from Zurich to Mumbai on December 11th with an infant, and Your agent said he could reserve basinet seat for one passenger only, what about the family? Seats in front of basinet are blocked and reserved only by agents. So, pls help.
