Dear @KentCustomer , @KentROSystems : Yesterday I booked your service for filter issue. The technician came and replaced the filter parts. Payment done and he left. Once the tank filled, it didn’t stop.
I did a follow up. He mentioned same again. But it has been more than 3 hours since he informed. But no one showed up yet. For what reason service was done? A fully working filter damaged by your technician and no responsibility for fixing this.
Water overflowing and spread over complete floor. The technician said he will be here within one hour after reporting the issue. But didn’t show up . Morning I called the service center, @ 98454 79493. He mentioned he will arrange the technician immediately.
