आज सुबह मेरे साथ साइबर फ्रॉड होते होते बचा। ये जानकारी सभी को होनी चाहिए कि साइबर फ्रॉड का एक तरीका ये भी है ताकि ऐसे फ्रॉड से बचा जा सके।
सुबह एक अज्ञात नंबर से फोन आया और मेरे नाम की पुष्टि करने के बाद कॉल करने वाले ने कहा कि आपका एक बैंक का पार्सल आया है और हमारे डिलीवरी ब्वॉय को आपके घर का एड्रेस नहीं मिल रहा है, इसलिए मैं आपको अपने डिलीवरी ब्वॉय का नंबर भेज रहा हूं, आप उसे फोन कर लें। मैनें कहा कि आप खुद ही अपने डिलीवरी ब्वॉय को कहें कि मुझे फोन कर लें।
कॉलर ने कहा कि डिलीवरी ब्वॉय के पास सिर्फ कॉल अटैंड करने की सुविधा है, वो कॉल नहीं कर पाएगा। ये सुनकर थोड़ा शक हुआ। खैर, मैनें कहा कि आप डिलीवरी ब्वॉय का नंबर भेज दीजिए।
दो सेकेंड बाद ही मेरे मोबाइल पर उसी नंबर से डिलीवरी ब्वॉय का नंबर आया। लेकिन उसमें खास बात ये थी कि उस नंबर से पहले *21* लगा हुआ था। इससे शक और गहरा गया। जब एआई से इसका मतलब पूछा तो @Grok ने जो बताया, वो ज्यों का त्यों दे रहा हूं :
अगर किसी मोबाइल नंबर के आगे *21* लिखा हो (जैसे *21*9876543210#), तो इससे कॉल फॉरवर्डिंग (Call Forwarding) सक्रिय हो जाती है।विस्तार से समझें:यह एक USSD कोड है, जो GSM नेटवर्क (Airtel, Jio, Vi, BSNL आदि) पर काम करता है।
*21* का मतलब है Unconditional Call Forwarding — यानी आपके नंबर पर आने वाली सभी कॉल सीधे उस नंबर पर चली जाएंगी जो आपने *21* के बाद डाला है।
आपका फोन नहीं बजेगा, और कॉल सीधे दूसरे नंबर पर पहुंच जाएंगी।

ये जानकारी मिलते ही न सिर्फ उस मोबाइल नंबर को डिलीट किया बल्कि कॉल करने वाले के नंबर को भी ब्लॉक किया। @DelhiPolice #Cybercrime

Delhi Police says, 480 Pakistan-based social media handles involved in coordinated misinformation campaigns were identified. They say, same handles were involved during Operation Sindoor.
Can the Delhi police share the list of all these Propaganda handles from Pakistan so that people in India can be careful and not fall for propaganda by these Pakistani Handles?
During Operation Sindoor, I was the first one to point out several Pakistan based social media handles. Made sure to shared the list of handles so that people were aware. But I did find any such handle now ( There is a possibility that I might have missed seeing those handles). I request Delhi Police to share the list so that GenZ doesn't fall for the propaganda.
I am told, Even the Reporters who tried to get in touch with the Police asking for the list were not given the list.
