Cheers to the silent battles in our minds fought quietly, unseen, and rarely understood. A few may grasp them, but we choose silence, carrying them alone until they pass.
Today, I feel so down that I acted harshly toward my brother. I felt so bad that I drove off, pressing hard on the accelerator and screaming. I feel so awful that I wanted to cry, but I couldnโt. The worst part of it all is that I donโt even know why I feel this way today.
Iโll probably go ballistic on them for no reason and thatโs bad, and I donโt want that to happen. Iโd rather stay away and deal with this on my own until Iโm okay again.
