Julian Edelman: "You got to tell us something non-Detroit people get wrong about Detroit."

Keegan-Michael Key: "Detroit has had a lot of challenges throughout the years... but Detroit’s nowhere near as violent a city [as people think]. Our bigger issue in Detroit is dealing with infrastructure, because so many people had moved out of the city."

Keegan-Michael Key: "People think, 'Oh, it’s this dangerous place and there’s bullets flying all over the place.' It’s not that way. We have this phenomenon known as 'urban prairies' buildings being torn down, leaving areas without housing... But Detroiters are lovely, lovely Midwestern people who look out for each other."

Julian Edelman: "100%."

Keegan-Michael Key: "That’s the part of Detroit people don’t talk about because it’s not sensational. We’re very neighborly people. I’ll be in an Uber and have a conversation with the driver the entire way. That doesn’t always happen in New York or Los Angeles!"

Julian Edelman: "Not in a rush. Everyone comes out here in a rush to get nowhere... Hardworking people who are content with their lives. They like going home, working their job, and watching their sport."

Keegan-Michael Key: "There’s nothing wrong with that! It’s very simple... Also, we have fantastic restaurants and our own cuisine. If you go to Detroit, you got to have a Coney Dog,a chili dog with chili sauce, onions, and cheese."

Julian Edelman: "What kind of cheese? American, cheddar?"

Keegan-Michael Key: "American... And then chili fries with cheese. You get your fries, drop a nice slice of American cheese, then chili, then another slice. It’s just sublime manna!"
