An unborn baby girl appears to smile the moment she hears her father's voice during an ultrasound.

The sweet moment was caught on video as the dad spoke to his daughter and kissed her mother's belly, prompting smiles from everyone in the room.

"I was completely overwhelmed with emotion and immediately started crying happy tears," mom Lia Oliveira said.

She called it a "core memory" for their family and says she's grateful the moment has brought "a little sunshine" to millions of people around the world.
