Texas is arguing now, & honestly, its repulsive. Their 1st argument = if TX loses $1 from DACA it's enough for standing. Argument 2 = that DACA recipients would leave TX if DACA ends. They are literally arguing for self deportation of DACA recipients & complaining about $1 buck.
