The petition has been set up to help our authorities reopen our airport in a timely manner

We need the Department for Transport to continue the work on going
Working with our Authorities
City of Doncaster Council
To ensure the Civil Aviation Authority reinstate our airspace in a timely manner with no changes or restrictions to enable a timely and seamless reopening when the new operator is announced and ready

If this happens and this is classed as a reopening of DSA
we could expect to see cargo and freight flights within the next 12 months
And Commercial Passenger Flights in 2026

If they decide that it is a new application for the airspace then we could see a delay of upto 2 more years

It's in good condition !!!

Some Equipment is still in place !!!

The Airfield looks great !!!

Signage and lights are still on the airfield !!!

This Airport is in better condition than 50% of the operational airports in the UK

Not long now and we should know who the operators are 4 to 6 weeks hopefully.

Who would have thought in only 2 years we are this close to getting DSA back on the map and in the air

2 years ago we were told this would never happen it's a commercial decision by Peel,
