🚨 UNBELIEVABLE: German court rules the Iraqi migrant who pushed a 16-year-old Ukrainian refugee in front of a freight train will serve ZERO prison time.

Liana K. fled Mariupol with her family in 2022. On August 11, 2025, while walking home and talking to her grandfather on the phone, she was shoved onto the tracks at Friedland station. The train hit her. She died from her injuries. Her grandfather heard her scream… then silence.

Police first treated it as a possible accident or suicide.

DNA from her shoulder later proved she was pushed from behind by 31-year-old Muhammad A. — an Iraqi whose asylum claim was rejected and who was under an enforceable deportation order that was never enforced.

Despite clear evidence he deliberately pushed her into the path of the train, the Göttingen court found him not criminally responsible due to paranoid schizophrenia.

Instead of prison, he gets indefinite psychiatric detention — paid for by German taxpayers.

Authorities had multiple chances to deport him before the attack. They didn’t. Liana is dead because of it.
