@IgorJMichalak @churchofsilicon maybe frozen IT job market is a perfect moment to bring this back. since we aren't driven by monetary incentives, every young and ambitious tech bro will make their tool app for a niche they have noticed and it will generate a new ecosystem that will flourish once again

@IgorJMichalak @churchofsilicon yeah, it used to be a norm that those niche apps were quite good somewhere before 2015, now most "bogus apps" are just for social media fame and then become orphaned once the author gets a bag at some FAANG job or some other scam
