@Swiggy After speaking to customer care twice i was not refunded the money for the stale food @Swiggy sent. There is no accountability hence will stop ordering from Swiggy and urge everyone to do this
They are just trying to make money and scamming people

@Pureit_India Got a call to understand the issue and post that nothing no update. This is same as talking to customer care

@Pureit_India in a city like Bangalore, if it is taking more than 12days to resolve the issue, it tells you the quality of service provided in rural India. 11 days and so far no resolution. I am calling everyday and have been told same thing that your issue will be resolved

Not sure what to do next. So if a product is in warranty, pureit will avoid providing any customer service. That’s what is happening. If i book a service request where they will get money resolution is immediate
