V-Guard Tirupati service is extremely disappointing. Despite having an active AMC for my water purifier, my issue has been unresolved for over a month, while service tickets are being closed automatically without resolution.

Every technician visit brings a new diagnosis. First, I was told the membrane housing was faulty and that a replacement would be ordered. Instead, a membrane housing was brought from a local store. Now I'm being told the UV sterilizer is faulty, even though it was working properly before this service issue.

This is not a one-time delay. Every time the purifier needs service, V-Guard Tirupati takes nearly 2 months to resolve it.

What is the point of paying for an AMC if there is no timely service or accountability? @VGuardOfficial Please escalate this and provide a proper resolution instead of repeatedly closing tickets.
