If I had to start from zero tomorrow and bring in new customers fast, here's exactly what I'd build. Top to bottom.
I'd start with the ad. Open ChatGPT or Claude, paste in what you sell and who you sell it to, ask it to write you ten different hooks for a Meta ad. Pick the best three. Then jump into https://t.co/DriZbLgSNy or one of the AI video tools and have it generate the visual. Thirty minutes, you've got a real ad ready to run.
You run that ad to one landing page. Not your homepage.
One page, one offer, one call to action.
Headline that stops the scroll, a few lines of value, an email or phone field, a button. That's it.
Build it in HighLevel in about twenty minutes, drag, drop, you're done.
The second someone enters their email, they drop into your CRM, automatically tagged with where they came from.
Now the part most people skip, the follow-up.
The moment that form is filled, a sequence kicks off automatically. Email and SMS, spaced over five to seven days.
First message thanks them and delivers what you promised. Then a story. Then social proof.
Then an objection you know they have. Then the offer. They don't have to think about you. You're showing up in their inbox and their texts at exactly the right time.
The last message has a calendar link or a buy button right inside it. They tap, they book, or they buy. Done.
The whole flow runs on its own from the ad all the way to the sale. You build it once. It works while you're sleeping.
AI does the creative work. The system runs the customer journey. You spend your time on strategy. That's the play.
Where are marketing teams investing in AI?
Well, where they spend their time versus the impact it will create varies drastically.
In many cases, marketers focus on things that won't have much impact.
This is why people are using AI and seeing it not impact their KPIs as they would like.

this is how i do "backlink outreach" for my SEO 👇
1. buy ahrefs lite plan ($129/mo)
2. open "site explorer" -> competitor domain -> "backlinks"
3. filters (35-85 DR, do-follow, no-spam, min traffic 500, page URLs contains "best" OR "top" and "software" OR "tool")
4. reach out to every website manually (open link -> contact form -> send message/email)
important:
🟢 volume matters a lot (30-50 outreach/day is good)
🟢 most want money, that's okay, just send more emails
🟢 having a wide range of pages help, so write more content on your blog
it's simple, not easy.
so keep going!! 💪

The Complete Checklist for On-Page SEO:
URL Slug:
-> Keep it short, under 60 characters
-> Max 3 words per slug optimally
-> Include the primary keyword
-> Use hyphens, never underscores
-> Lowercase only
-> Kill dates and numbers unless the content is date-specific
-> One folder deep max where possible
Title tag:
-> Primary keyword in the first 5 words
-> Under 60 characters so it doesn't truncate (sometimes this doesn't apply and you can keyword stuff up to 120 characters - look at what's already ranking for reference)
-> Write it like a headline
-> Add a modifier: best, guide, checklist, [year], free
-> Make it slightly different from your H1
-> One title tag per page, obviously
-> Site title and Homepage title should be the same
Meta description:
-> 150-160 characters
-> Include the keyword (it gets bolded in SERPs)
-> Write it as a click pitch, not a summary
-> Add a reason to click the competitors don't have (angle/differentiator)
-> Know Google rewrites it 60%+ of the time, write it anyway
H1:
-> Exactly one per page
-> Contains the primary keyword or close variant at the beginning
-> Matches search intent, not brand voice slop
-> Promises what the page delivers
Heading structure (H2-H4):
-> H2s = subtopics, pulled from PAA and "related searches" (these are typically also your main inner pillar page titles)
-> Include Wikipedia entities as ofte as possible
-> Never skip levels (H2 -> H4)
-> Write headings as questions or statements where intent is informational
-> Each heading should make sense standalone - LLMs and skimmers read these first
-> Secondary keywords go in H2s, naturally
-> H5-H6 usually overkill
First 100 words:
-> Answer the query/search intent in the first 2 sentences
-> Primary keyword in the first sentences optimally
-> No ai slop intros ("In today's digital landscape..")
Body content:
-> Match intent before anything else - informational, commercial, transactional
-> Cover the topic completely, not just the main keyword
-> Include entities and semantic variants, don't worry to much about keyword density
-> Short paragraphs, 2-3 sentences max
-> One idea per paragraph
-> Add firsthand experience — screenshots, results, opinions ("I/we tested this")
-> Include unique stats or data competitors don't have
-> Cite sources with outbound links to authoritative pages
-> Cut every sentence that doesn't earn its place
-> Update it multiple times per year - refresh dates, stats, and screenshots quarterly for money pages especially
Keywords:
-> One primary keyword per page, no cannibalization
-> Secondary keywords woven in naturally
-> Synonyms and related entities throughout
-> Check what's actually ranking - Google defines intent, not you
Internal links:
-> 3-10 contextual internal links per page
-> Descriptive anchor text, never "click here"
-> Link from your lowest-authority pages upstream to your money pages
-> Link to new pages within clusters from at least 3 existing pages
-> No orphan pages, ever
-> Fix broken internal links immediately
External links:
-> Link out to 1-3 authoritative sources (Wikipedia, Government orgs, Institutions, etc)
-> Open in new tab for UX
-> No links to competitors ranking for your keyword (NEVER)
-> Nofollow anything sponsored or untrusted
Images:
-> Descriptive filenames before upload (your-main-keyword.jpg)
-> Alt text that describes the image and includes keywords
-> Strip Metadata if using AI images
-> Compress everything
-> Lazy load below the fold
-> Set explicit width/height to prevent layout shift
-> Original images beat stock every time
-> Minimum 1 image per page
-> Add an image every 300-400 words optimally
Schema markup:
-> Article or BlogPosting on content
-> FAQ schema on question sections (Google doesn't really care anymore but GPT does)
-> HowTo schema on tutorials
-> Product/Review schema where relevant
-> Breadcrumb schema sitewide
-> Organization schema on the homepage
-> Validate in Rich Results Test before shipping
One of the most powerful views in Ads Manager is the audience segment breakdown. Most people never turn it on.
It splits every purchase into three buckets:
→ New customers
→ Existing customers
→ Engaged audience
Why this matters: that ad with the great CPA you're about to scale might be doing zero acquisition. Half its purchases could be warm traffic and past buyers. Without segments, you'd never know. You'd scale it, iterate on it, and wonder why growth flatlined.
Setting it up takes 2 minutes:
→ Advertising Settings in the left sidebar
→ Audience Segments
→ Set engaged audience to 180 day website visitors
→ Set existing customers to your customer list plus 180 day purchasers
→ Then pull the audience segments breakdown on any campaign
The ads worth scaling are the ones winning with NEW customers. Everything else is Meta taking credit for people who already knew you.
Make this breakdown part of every optimization session.
