1. Send email to customer service with **pictures of damaged product** delivered.
2. No response from them for 10 days
3. In the meantime you tweet @IKEAIndia for help
4. IKEA India social media account apologies and asks you to DM details.
5. You DM details to IKEA India social media account.
6. You don't receive a response for a few days from them as well.
7. Finally the IKEA India social media account replies asking you to email customer service with **pictures of damaged product** π€¦ββοΈ
@IKEAIndia 4 days and counting. Still no way to get in touch with support after you delivered damaged goods. No one responds to emails, no one picks up the phone and chat doesn't work. You asked me to DM stuff to you and I haven't heard back from you since 2 days as well. @IKEA
There's something very wrong with @ikea_india. I got delivered damaged good only to discover customer service is non-existent and I don't seem to be the only one. Twitter is filled with people trying to get support. I wonder if @IKEA even care. #IkeaIndiaSucks#IkeaIndiaIsAMess
