@RodLacroix My dog does. She drops it to the side of her bowl. Sometimes she'll eat it right away, sometimes she saves it for last, other times she just leaves it (if it's something she doesn't like).

@FuukTwitar Wash 3 times, it gets extra starch off the grains and makes the rice more fluffy and less sticky. You do and you don't have to, but I do because I've found small rice-sized pebbles in my rice before and it's just how I was taught.
