My @garminoutdoor #smartwatch is impressively DUM. The elevation of my living room changes daily. It tells me I’m in REM sleep when I’m watching tv. My step count going into the shower was 10,097; my step count getting out was 10,295. There’s $300 I wish I could have back.

@GarminOutdoor I don’t consider Amazon a social media network, where almost 50% of 400 reviews are 3-star and below. The majority of which all reference the band breaking. If it’s “not a problem,” why not extend the band warranty beyond 1 year?

@GarminOutdoor That’s good to know, but you may want to encourage those happy customers to leave reviews on amazon. Because based on the most recent ones and threads all over Reddit and elsewhere, there’s a serious problem with your bands. Enough to prevent me from buying (and likely others).
