My old remote not working so purchased new remote by paying 350 rupees 2 days ago and tht new remote giving problem now. When I press 3 it automatically press 4 also and vice versa. Now tell me what to do?

@Airtel_Presence Again same reply tht u r team is working. Changing remote is taking 10 days and still not changed. If this small problem taking so much time then if problem is big then forgot the service from @airtelindia . U r on u r own. Take @TataPlayin or @reliancejio but avoid airtel dth

Hey @BlueStarLimited @BlueStarCare I’ve been dealing with a PC 00 error on my AC for 5 MONTHS. I’ve raised 2 tickets and had technicians visit 8+ times, yet the issue remains unresolved. This is unacceptable service for a brand of your stature. 1/2
