ਇੰਗਲੈਂਡ ਦੇ ਜੁਝਾਰੂ ਨੌਜਵਾਨ ਭਾਈ ਅਵਤਾਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਖੰਡਾ ਦੀ ਮ੍ਰਿਤਕ ਦੇਹ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਲਿਆਉਣ ਦੀ ਮੰਗ ਨੂੰ ਸਿਰਿਓਂ ਠੁਕਰਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਏ। ਇਸ ਮੰਗ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਪਟੀਸ਼ਨ ’ਤੇ ਭਾਰਤ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਤੇ ਹਰਿਆਣਾ ਹਾਈ ਕੋਰਟ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਪਣਾ ਜਵਾਬ ਦਾਖਲ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਏ। ਪਟੀਸ਼ਨ 'ਤੇ ਜਵਾਬ ਦਿੰਦਿਆਂ ਭਾਰਤ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਇਹ ਦਾਅਵਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਏ ਕਿ ਉਸ ਕੋਲ ਅਵਤਾਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਉਰਫ਼ ਖੰਡਾ ਦੀ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਨਾਗਰਿਕਤਾ ਦਾ ਕੋਈ ਸਬੂਤ ਜਾਂ ਦਸਤਾਵੇਜ਼ ਨਹੀਂ ਏ, ਜਦੋਂ ਕਿ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਪਤਾ ਏ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਕੁਝ ਸਾਲ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਹੀ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਤੋਂ ਇੰਗਲੈਂਡ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ। ਭਾਈ ਖੰਡਾ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੀ ਅਜਾਦੀ ਲਈ ਸ਼ਹੀਦ ਹੋਏ ਭਾਈ ਕੁਲਵੰਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਖੁਖਰਾਣਾ ਦੇ ਸਪੁੱਤਰ ਸਨ। ਉਹ ਇੰਗਲੈਂਡ ਵਿਚ ਤਕਰੀਬਨ ਇਕ ਦਹਾਕੇ ਤੋਂ ਇਸ ਅਜਾਦੀ ਦੇ ਸੰਘਰਸ਼ ਦਾ ਆਗੂ ਬਣ ਕੇ ਉਭਰਿਆ ਸੀ। ਉਸ ਦੀ ਕੁਝ ਸਮਾਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਹਸਪਤਾਲ ਵਿਚ ਰਹੱਸਮਈ ਹਾਲਾਤ ਵਿਚ ਮੌਤ ਹੋ ਗਈ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਇਹ ਸ਼ੱਕ ਜਾਹਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾ ਰਿਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਖੁਫੀਆ ਏਜੰਸੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਜਹਿਰੀਲਾ ਪਦਾਰਥ ਦੇ ਕੇ ਸ਼ਹੀਦ ਕੀਤਾ ਏ। ਭਾਰਤ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਨਾਂਹ ਹੋਣ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਹੁਣ ਭਾਈ ਖੰਡਾ ਦੀ ਮਾਂ ਚਰਨਜੀਤ ਕੌਰ ਤੇ ਭੈਣ ਜਸਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਕੌਰ ਦੀ ਆਖਰੀ ਆਸ ਇੰਗਲੈਂਡ ਵਿਚ ਉਸ ਦੀ ਅੰਤਿਮ ਸਸਕਾਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹੋਣ ਦੀ ਏ, ਜਿਸ ਲਈ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੇ ਵੀਜੇ ਵਾਸਤੇ ਅਰਜ਼ੀ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਹੋਈ ਏ।#avtarsinghkhanda #UK #india #punjab #Sikhs #satluj #SidhuMooseWala

Here’s a very interesting impartiality test of @BhagwantMann & Vigilance Bureau often investigating corruption by politicians thru Disproportionate Assets cases. I’m citing a small case of @AamAadmiParty Mla Jaiton Amolak Singh whose total assets according to Election Affidavit 2022 are approx 13 Lacs but he purchases a Toyota Fortuner SUV for 43 Lacs in 2023 all in cash ! So will Cm ask VB investigate the source of this purchase? I’m bringing this to public domain merely bcoz dozens of @INCIndia leaders are facing VB probe so is police only for opposition leaders? I also know nothing will happen but its just a test for BADLAV-Khaira
