Please use OTP-518xxx to ACCEPT your delivery after checking your Amazon package. Do not share the OTP over the phone. How customer know it's for the open box delivery? Multiple items were to deliver. So ur msg shd hv mentioned to ask the agent to perform open box delivery.
@AmazonHelp Your delivery today didn't perform open box delivery. No where u mentioned that OTP for the subject delivery. I asked him specifically, he said small items are sent thru him. It was sent along with another item, there was no msg for him to perform open box delivery.
